Small Meeting Room

Do you need a cosy and creative space for a meeting? Somewhere private you can host your next workshop? Do you need somewhere you can run a training day?

The MoveSpace meet space is ideal for your next meeting!

Centrally located in the heart of Dominion Road, Mt Eden (with plenty of free parking available in the surrounding streets) we’ve got everything you need to make your next boardroom bonanza a success.

At only $15/hour - you’ll have access to WiFi, whiteboards and pens, a projector and an awesome range of teas and coffee. The room is set up for 6 people - however we’ve always got more chairs available if need be. If you have specific requirements for your booking - let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We’ve hosted meetings, small workshops, movie nights and counselling/wellness sessions - the room is flexible for whatever your needs might be. We’re also pretty open to letting you do your thing and move things around as you like them - all we ask is you leave things as you found them and tidy up after your booking.

All the money goes to supporting our creative community, supporting people to do more of what they love, so you can feel good having your event here too!

We're a creative community space on Dominion Road.

MoveSpace is (among many things) a co-working space, an events centre, a meet space and a podcast studio. This can mean there are often lots of things happening at once - we ask you to be mindful of others and the different spaces being used.

We’re also a totally inclusive space and celebrate diversity - we hope this makes you feel safe and we ask that you also keep this in mind when it comes to your booking.
