About this space
This area is located on the eighth floor and is for residents & their guests only. The rooftop BBQ and entertainment area can be booked for private functions, provided complex by-laws are adhered to.
Use of the area is limited to 3 hours with finish by 9.30 pm and all bookings MUST be made with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the booking to allow for the Strata Company to approve.
No bookings can be made for public holidays and during the following dates:
December 18th to January 3rd
Easter Thursday to Easter Monday inclusive
Use of the area is not to the exclusion of other residents.
- Anti-Social Behaviour and Vandalism will not be tolerated and will result in police attendance.

By sharing the facilities, respecting each other’s rights to use them and understanding the concept of common areas, will create a harmonious atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Please be reminded of the bylaws in relation to the use of the common areas, and the responsibility of all residents and guests of residents:
A proprietor, occupier or other resident or visitors to a lot are advised that all reasonable efforts are to be made by them, to ensure that there is no undue noise while using the rooftop barbeque and entertaining area.
A proprietor, occupier or other resident or visitors shall not be permitted to make undue noise in or about the rooftop barbeque and entertaining area that contravenes any regulation, by-law, or statute of the local government authority or any other government or regulating authority.
A proprietor, occupier or other resident shall not be permitted to have more than an additional of 12 guests at the rooftop barbeque and entertaining area. Additional guests above the allowed 12 will be subject to a written request and the Council’s approval.
A proprietor, occupier or other resident shall be responsible for cleaning and disposing such rubbish in the area promptly after use of the rooftop barbeque and entertaining area. In the event that a proprietor, occupier or other resident does not clean or dispose of such rubbish immediately, the strata company shall do so and the proprietor, occupier or other resident will be responsible for the costs of doing so.
