Minchin Centre Middle Swan

The Minchin centre is an affordable venue especially attractive for community or not for profit groups and is available at an affordable cost. Current users include playgroups, physiotherapy, bridge, craft and quilting. ​

The Minchin Centre is also available for corporate and school hire. The centre is set in a tranquil, semi rural location close to the Swan River and is part of the heritage listed St Mary's Church, which in turn is part of the Swan Anglican Parish and sister church to the heritage listed All Saints Church in the Swan Valley.

The venue is also suitable for a wedding reception. Why not conduct your ceremony in the nearby St Mary's Church and treat your guests to a short walk across the drive to enjoy the celebration of your event.

​There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on site, plus toilets (including disabled and a change table), tables and chairs and ample parking. Please contact the Parish Office to see if we can cater to your needs.
