Rules
Do not enter areas of the building other than the venue and the path from the entry of the building to the venue, and the path from the venue to the exit of the building and where applicable, the loading bay where prior arrangements have been made with Cicada Innovations. Except in an emergency, each of the hirer’s staff, contractors and guests must ensure that they are accompanied by Jumar’s personnel (or security personnel) when in areas in the building other than the venue;
Do not use the basement parking facilities in the building;
Do not conduct any illegal, immoral or offensive actions in the building, or sleep in the building;
Do not do anything to put Cicada Innovations, Jumar or CSL in breach of any laws;
Follow any evacuation pathways and processes provided to the hirer by Cicada Innovations or CSL;
Not do anything or permit anything to be done which obstructs or interferes with the use of the building by CSL, Cicada Innovations or persons authorised through CSL or Cicada Innovations; and
In respect of the warehouse loading bay at the building (WLB):
Make written requests to Jumar to drop off or pick up goods at the WLB at least 48 hours prior to the proposed pick up or drop off time;
Follow all directions given by Cicada Innovations, CSL and/or Jumar in respect of the drop off and pick up of goods in the WLB;
Remain in the WLB for a maximum of 5 minutes; and do not park in the WLB.
To ensure clarity regarding cancellations, please note the following:
For cancellations made at least 4 days prior to the event, an 85% cancellation fee of the total hire cost will apply.
For cancellations made less than 4 days prior, a 90% cancellation fee of the total hire cost will be charged.
