About this space

Esmond Gallery is located on the first floor of The Warehouse - Clunes. It is a great space ideal for exhibitions, event launches and Meetings. There is a hanging system and professional lighting located around the gallery. Located in the space is a small kitchette and tea and coffee facilities. the Esmond Gallery is a light and modern facility and can accommodate a variety of events. It has a large smart TV that you can plug your laptop into.

Only bookable during Warehouse Operating hours
there are no bookings to be made if there is a exhibition on in this space
It is the responcibility of the hirer to make sure they have all the Tech equipment they need.
The Esmond Gallery must be left in a clean and tidy condition after your event, ready for the next user.
No decorations will be permitted unless they can be installed without damage to the walls, floors, ceiling or fittings.
Any additional items brought into the Town Hall must have legs or surfaces that will not damage the floor.
No use of glitter, paint, wax or other items that may damage the floor or surfaces is permitted.
Set up of any tables and chairs is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
Any tables and chairs must be returned to their stored/stacked position when leaving the venue.
Make sure all lights, heaters and other appliances are switched off when leaving the venue.
There is no loud music or any type of dance classes to held in this space
