Meander Valley Meeting Room

Located in the heart of Deloraine's main street, the Meander Valley Meeting Room is ideal for meetings, creative workshops, community forums, training and seminars, health and wellbeing sessions. The room is climate controlled with a split system unit, with video conferencing facilities, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and a kitchenette to serve tea and coffee - the meeting room is perfect for your needs. Tables and chairs can be found within the storage room, whilst the kitchen is stocked with crockery, cutlery and glassware.

This flexible space can seat up to 20 people for a meeting but can be transformed into an open space for workshops or training. In addition, there is an informal seating area. Accessible bathroom facilities are on site. The meeting room's location means you are only steps away from cafes, bakeries and anything else you may need.

Commercial groups are charged $30 per hour until 4 hours. Bookings for 5-8 hours are fixed at $150 per booking.

Community groups are free of charge until 4 hours. Bookings for 5-8 hours are fixed at $75 per booking. Please follow the question instructions to accurately price your booking.
