Weekend Hire - Full Day - Main Hall or Busybees Room

N.B. The maximum capacity for the Busybees Room is 50. If you have more than 50 people attending you will be in the Main Hall and there will be an extra charge per hour at checkout.

Our Main Hall (22.5m x 9.5m) is a large multi functional space with a wooden floor. This comfortably holds 140 people, tables and chairs with room for dancing, suitable for regular groups and large celebrations / events with optional use of the kitchen for an additional fee - which is payable at checkout, garden and playground. This space is ideal for community groups, gatherings, celebrations, regular classes, training, workshops, markets and much more. Disability friendly. The Main Hall has chairs, trestle tables, stage, blackout blinds, lectern, fairy lights, highchair, WiFi, children's tables and chairs, refrigerated reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a small stage on one side of the Main Hall, fairy lights compliment the whole area and a wooden floor throughout. Please note: we do not have sharp knives on site - You will need to bring your own to cut your cake etc.

Our Busybees Room is a smaller multi functional space (11m x 4m) with vinyl flooring, which leads directly into the enclosed playground and garden area. This space comfortably holds 50 people and is ideal for children's birthday parties, celebrations and workshops. The Busybees room has chairs, tables, a highchair, children's bathroom facilities and a baby changing station with optional use of the kitchen for an additional fee - which is payable at checkout . Disability friendly. Refrigerated reverse cycle air conditioning, projector screen, blackout blinds, floor to ceiling mirrors.

When you hire either the Hall or Busybees room, you have exclusive use of the centre. If you wish to hire both rooms together please contact the Venue Hire Officer.
