Please note: The City holds a Casual Hirers Liability Insurance Policy to protect those who hire facilities located within the City, however, hirers must fall under the following definition to be eligible to claim under the policy:
A Casual Hirer means any person or group of persons (not being a sporting body, club, association, corporation or incorporated body) who hires a Council facility for non-commercial or non-profit making purposes, less frequently than once per calendar month or twelve times per calendar year.
Should a claim arise, the City will lodge a claim on behalf of a ‘casual hirer’ to LGIS, there is a $500 excess which is stated on the policy, for which the hirer is liable.

Public transport either bus or train is within walking distance (approx max 600m). If you drive, there is $8 per day paid parking directly opposite the building and hourly parking in-front of the office complex if you are lucky enough to snag a bay.
