About this space
Starting out as a meeting room, transformed into a studio, then a cafe - this space has come full-circle!
Exhibiting the works of some of our operational team onsite who are artists in their own right, this space offers privacy with frosted windows, natural lighting and carpet underfoot.
Used for intimate meetings, workshops, as a breakout space, green room, or film shoot base. There is a small courtyard in front with a few tables to enjoy morning or afternoon tea or lunch during break times.

Large wooden table and 10 black upholstered office chairs.
Small wall panel heater.
Several double power points for use.
Wifi is available.
Free-standing whiteboard, pens and duster.
Small fridge and microwave.
Tea & Coffee equipment available (Kettle & Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine). Please BYO tea, coffee pods, milk and sugar.
Mugs, glasses, side plates, milk jug, water jug, and teaspoons are in the side cabinet. Dirty dishes to be placed in the container provided.
Water to fill the jugs/kettle is available from our nearby Homestead staff kitchen.
Access to Public Bathrooms available. These are shared with our resident Artists and Arts Organisations.
Additional costs
A TV can be hired at an additional rate (subject to availability)
A Service Fee is applied to all casual bookings which covers the use of utilities and consumables during the hire (additional fees may apply for larger/longer bookings).
Security is required after 8pm at an additional cost.

Rules
No naked flames, fires or fireworks can be used on the estate.
Booking time should include pack in and out times.
The space must be left clean at the end of the event and all rubbish must be taken away by the hirers. Dirty dishes to be placed in the container provided.
Hirers can bring their own certified tag and tested extension leads and equipment.
Hirers are able to serve alcohol but there is no guest BYO. A liquor licence and council permit are required for the sale of alcohol. Alcohol must not served to minors or intoxicated people and must not be consumed outside of the venue. Host responsibility applies.
Additional details
Parking is available in the Main Carpark and further parking in the Church carpark. There are some spaces available outside the Main Homestead. All parking on the estate is on a first-come first-served basis, no vehicles are permitted to park on the grass or blocking access ways. It is a 10 min walk to Henderson Train Station and Bus Interchange, Lincoln Rd or the WestCity Mall.
