About this space
The Foyer at the Boya Community Centre is a warm, welcoming, and versatile space to host exhibitions.
Please note that removal of Shire artworks from the foyer to accommodate an exhibition may attract artwork removal and storage fees (minimum fee $440). Please contact the Shire to discuss availability and potential costs.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all setup and pack up, including all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 a.m. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events.

The kitchenette may only be used for reheating food and no cooking is allowed on site.

600mm electric oven, four electric cooktops, two microwave ovens, continuous hot water system, free-standing hot water urn, double sink, separate hand wash facilities, serving trolley, and two domestic fridge/freezers.

Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the foyer for your exhibition. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

Two sealed accessible car bays, 65 sealed car bays at the front of the building, one sealed accessible car bay, and 19 sealed car bays to the north of the building and ample verge parking along Clayton Road.
