The Biodiversity Hotspot

Welcome to The Biodiversity Hotspot - a shared office space for individuals and small organisations with a focus on biodiversity, ecology, conservation, and environmental management.

We offer a recently renovated space to hot desk alongside like-minded individuals, with the potential to share ideas, knowledge, collaborations, and banter.

Located at the Matangi Factory site, we have desks for up to five people for daily hire.

Services and amenities within the office include:

• Workstations with standing desks, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and laptop stands

• Ultra-fast broadband

• Phone and tablet/iPad charging station

• Free parking

• A well-equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, fridge, microwave, toaster, and toasted sandwich maker.

There is a small cafe approx 100 m away, a well-stocked Four Square and takeaways across the road, the Bootleg Brewery open on Thursday and Friday afternoons, and various retailers within the Matangi Factory site.

An option if you'd like a change of scenery from working from home, in Hamilton from out of town, or would just like to take the opportunity to work alongside other individuals within the industry.
