SpacetoCo Host since September 2022 · 250 bookingsMemorial Hall built via donations from the community in the 1920’s to remember those that went away to war, was officially opened on 21 March 1925. Over the years Memorial Hall has been pivotal in bringing the community together with dances, movie nights, weddings, sporting activities and the like. In 2008 after an extensive refurbishment Memorial Hall was reopened as a cultural facility. Today it is primarily used for art exhibitions and theatre productions and other cultural based activity.

The main hall (theatre space) has retractable raked seating for 102 persons + loose seating - capacity is 160 persons
PLEASE NOTE: Retractable seating CAN NOT BE MOVED. It can be retracted prior to event if given a minimum of 7 days notice. Hirers are not to move or retract seating without written permission.
There is a green room and dressing rooms with showers and toilets at the back of stage.
The Round Room (gallery space) has exhibition lighting, track hanging system, plinths, ladder, trolleys, easels. moveable 'L' shaped walls
Tables and chairs for the facility are found in the small store room at the southern end of the main hall. Please return tables and chairs to the place you found them.
The LED sign at the front can be utilised for activity
No weddings, birthdays,
No regular weekly bookings
Not available on 24 & 25 April (ANZAC) or 11 November (Remembrance Day)

Bookings for art and cultural activities only NO birthday parties, weddings etc
Key pick up - pick up and sign out from City of Cockburn Administration during business hours immediately before booking commences or as close to booking date.
Entry instructions for the hall are on the key tag.
Key return during business hours immediately following booking OR an after hours key drop is available at City admin building north of glass admin doors.

Booking includes exclusive use of the room you have booked for the period of your booking.
Kitchen and foyers are shared areas.
No duct tape is to be used on the walls, no holes to be drilled into the walls.
The hired space must be left in the condition it was found in.
All users to be packed up and vacated by midnight or an additional fee may be charged for security call out.

Memorial Hall is well situated with buses running past from Fremantle, Cockburn central, Rockingham, and Perth.
PLEASE NOTE: When the Fremantle Dockers AFL team have a home game many people park at memorial Hall and catch the bus to the game. as such, at these times, parking is limited.
