Located in the heart of Holden Hill, a vibrant space suitable for a range of events and activities. This venue backs onto a beautiful park and offers ample off-street parking. Hiring this space provides access to a fully equipped kitchen, 120 chairs and 23 trestle tables making catering a breeze.
The parquetry floor allows this space to be the perfect venue for dancing up a storm.
Fully equipped kitchen includes two ovens and cook-top, pie warmer, kettle, auto boiling unit located above the sink and a fridge.
Catering requirements must be supplied by hirer, no crockery, cutlery or serving utensils provided.

PLEASE NOTE: A bond of up to $500 will be held on the account holders card 4 days prior to the booking date. Please ensure enough funds are available to cover the bond to avoid hire cancellation.
Please allow 2 business days' notice to allow for approval time and booking administration. Bookings submitted with less notice may not be approved.
15 minutes bump in and bump out time is allowed with all bookings.
You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location. All equipment or furniture must be moved safely and not dragged across the floors.
The venue to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.
Tables and chairs are to be wiped down with a surface cleaner.
Rubbish and waste must be disposed of appropriately using onsite bins. Any excess rubbish must be removed from the venue.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 6 metres of the entrance to the venue.
Decorations are allowed but helium balloons must be weighted. Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue.
All decorations/equipment must be removed from the venue by the completion of the booked hire time.
