Welcome to Hackham West Community Centre (HWCC), the heart of Hackham West. The Centre is a welcoming facility and offers a range of spaces ideal for meetings, activities, functions and celebrations.
The foyer is a warm, sharing and welcoming space designed to accommodate Information Hubs and activities as small groups/gatherings, morning/afternoon teas. For fairness of community access to this space, the Centre is pleased to offer this space for free but there are limitations to booking for short periods only.

Rules
This facility is open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Any booking requests or enquiries received outside of these hours will be responded within 3 working days.
Kitchen facilities require a separate booking request.
It is a requirement that you read and agree to abide by the Hackham West Community Centre's Room(s) Hire General Terms and Conditions of Use.
You are required to have public liability insurance. If you do not upload your own public liability insurance certificate at the time of booking we will add on the $15 public liability risk administration fee when we confirm your booking (if you are eligible).
Please make sure that:
your booking includes set up and clean up time.
if you require use of kitchen facilities, this will require a separate booking request.
the facility is left in a clean and tidy state
you have the appropriate licences and permits for your event
you are mindful of noise levels and keep amplified sound to a minimum
you have read our terms and conditions before placing the booking.
Please note - Jumping castles/inflatable devices are not permitted in council facilities.
Some events may be require security personnel to be in attendance. Where appropriate the host will discuss with you before confirming your booking.
Once approved, all hirers will be required to undertake an Access/WH&S Site Induction and pick up a hire pack prior to the event.
Please note: Should you require Catering, Use of Equipment and/or Creche Support, these are additional charges and are based on request. Please message the host.

Hackham West Community Centre features off street parking and located next to Bus Stop 60 (outside IGA). Bus 743 (Hackham West Loop)
