Welcome to Kisa Kasi Co! We’re so excited to have you as part of our coworking community. To help make the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines. By using our facilities, you’re agreeing to the following:

1. Code of Conduct

Community Engagement: We encourage members to engage with one another, share knowledge, and support each other’s professional growth. A positive and collaborative community benefits everyone.

Space Usage: The coworking space is for professional use only. Please avoid any illegal activities, disruptive behaviour, or anything that could compromise the comfort and safety of others.

Respectful Behaviour: All members are expected to treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Sexual Harassment: Kisa Kasi Co has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any form of unwanted sexual attention, comments, gestures, or conduct is strictly prohibited. Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible termination of membership.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities: Any involvement in illegal activities or conduct that jeopardises the safety and wellbeing of other members will lead to immediate termination of booking.

Workspace Etiquette: Keep common areas neat and clean, dispose of waste properly, and respect shared facilities and resources. If you use dishes, cups, or utensils in the kitchen, please wash them after use.

Food Odours: To keep the air fresh and comfortable for everyone, please enjoy strong-smelling meals in the kitchen or dining area – not at your desk.

Room Cleanliness: Please make sure to keep your room clean and organised so the space we share stays clutter-free and professional place to work.

2. Wi-Fi & Internet Usage

We provide high-speed Wi-Fi to support your work needs. Please use the internet responsibly and avoid activities that may affect others’ use (e.g., excessive streaming, downloading large files that could slow down the network).

3. Parking

Public Parking is available, but please note that it is limited to 8 hours. Fines may apply by the local parking authority for any vehicles left parked beyond the time limit.

4. Health & Safety

Please ensure a safe and healthy environment by following any health-related guidelines and reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to our team right away.

5. Privacy & Security Cameras

For the safety and security of all members, Kisa Kasi Co is equipped with security cameras that are in use and recording 24/7 in common areas. By using our space, you consent to being recorded while in these areas. Please respect the privacy of others and avoid any activities that may cause disturbance.

6. Liability and Insurance

Kisa Kasi Co. will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that occurs while using the coworking space. Members are advised to carry their own insurance for their personal property and any business-related activities conducted within the space. Kisa Kasi Co. does not provide insurance coverage for the property of members, guests, or visitors, and we recommend that you take appropriate steps to insure your belongings against theft, damage, or loss.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of use for Kisa Kasi Co. Your booking is subject to these terms, and we are excited to have you on board as part of our community!
