About this space
Honeysuckle Conference Centre is located within a short walk of some of the most fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars that Newcastle has to offer near the harbour. We offer meeting planners competitive rates and great quality facilities, including a fully equipped gymnasium and outdoor lap pool to unwind after a long day of meetings.
We have a large function room available to cater for your needs and a variety of audio and visual equipment available.
Our Honeysuckle room is $80 an hr or $360 for full day access (select anything over 4.5 hours to secure the full day rate).
Capacity:
25 people for a boardroom meeting
30 for a classroom style meeting
45 standing
We also have a smaller room (The Hunter room) which can hold 12 people for a boardroom meeting, 15 for a classroom style meeting and 20 standing and is listed as a separate space available to book on SpacetoCo.

Our standard conference package for $60 per person (15 people minimum) includes:

Amenities:
Both meeting rooms have a dedicated pre-function area with a pool and outdoor terrace perfect for coffee breaks. Both have natural light and break out rooms can be arranged and are fitted with internet data ports & phone connections.
Additional catering options:
Conference organisers will also love the extensive catering options available for the functions. Please drop us a message to enquire about food and drink options and any dietary requirements. We have menus that cater to all diets ranging from sandwiches to wraps, salad boxes to platters & to restaurant seating menus.
We also have one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments available to stay in over night if you are travelling for your business meeting. Please enquire directly.

Chifley Apartments Newcastle is located in the heart of Newcastle, conveniently positioned by Newcastle Harbour.
We are a 30 minutes drive from Newcastle Airport or just under 2.5 hours drive from Sydney CBD.
Our venue also offers secure onsite underground parking for $20 per car per night. Please message us in advance for conference day parking to see if we can cater to your request, subject to availability.
