Here is a summary of the rules for this space:

Bookings must be made at least 2 business day in advance.
The venue is smoke free and does not allow naked flames.
Leave the space as you found it:
- clean and tidy – wipe down chairs, tables and whiteboards.
- return furniture and equipment to its original locations and neatly stack all chairs.
- dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible.
Ensure lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off.
Ensure exit doors and any windows are securely locked.
Always provide supervision of children.
Weekend and after hour hirers only:
- Keep the front door locked for the duration of your event.
- Arrange a time to collect a key and carry out an induction.
- A $500 bond may apply to your booking.

Host's Cancellation Policy

100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.

Parking and Public Transport Information

There are a number of ways to get to our venue!

Bus: The venue is a short stroll from stops 30C Cheltenham Pde - West side, 30C Cheltenham Pde - East side, and Stop 26 Port Rd - North Side
Train: The Cheltenham Railway Station is almost directly opposite our Community Centre which can be access via the Outer Harbor Line!
Bike: You can secure your bike onsite and the venue is a short ride off the Outer Harbour Greenway.
Car: There is on street parking around the venue.
