About this space
Our beautiful venue is in a sought after location 10 minutes from the Casino and 20 minutes from Perth CBD, with 120sqm and a mezzanine to use for any private seated special gathering.
Each corner of this space gives beautiful LED mood changing lights and the option to use poles if your hire requires them for fun and some extra entertainment.
We have a fully integrated sound system and if requested we also can provide a DJ for a small extra fee along with a smoke machine also.
We have a kitchenette area and are able to provide food bassinet warmers for any catering needs including tables and chairs upon request and as shown in our pictures, We also offer BYO on drinks, We also have a big double fridge for storage of food and drinks
Our location also means there are no restrictions on noise or times to vacate.

Rules
We ask that anyone opting for BYO is above legal drinking age and any 18th Birthday parties are to be supervised by a family member.
No alcohol to be taken outside of the venue.
We will allow for 1 hour FREE to come along on the day and unpack decorations for the event and we ask that all belongings are iether picked up the next day or taken at the end of the evening,
A clean is recommended for every hire with food and drinks, we can provide this at $100 per clean based on the size of the venue.
