Flexible spaces are available for community, commercial, corporate and other bookings, either regular or one off. Special rates are available for Barossa Community residents, businesses and community groups. Nestled in the Southern Barossa town of Lyndoch, Barossa Park is your go-to destination for sports lovers, businesses, local community gatherings and high profile events, including the AFL Gather Round! Whether you're looking to book a sports event, conference or host a memorable party, Barossa Park is the perfect venue!
The Oval Facing Clubroom / Function Space can seat 170 people or cater for 220 standing guests with great views looking south-east over the oval and beyond to the vineyards and Barossa Ranges. Included in your hire is tables and chairs. Hourly rate is capped at a maximum of 8 hours. The adjoining commercial kitchen is available for an additional fee. The bar can be operated by the Venue at an hourly rate or access can be arranged for an additional fee in which a Limited Event Liquor License and Responsible Service of Alcohol credentials is required.
The Clubroom boasts a highly spec'ed audio visual system which can be added onto your booking.
A cleaning fee is applicable to all bookings.
Regular hire options can be negotiated.

Rules
If the Oval Facing Clubroom booked, no access is available to the Court Facing Clubroom.
Service of alcohol can be arranged by the Venue or if self serviced, a Limited Event Liquor License and Responsible Service of Alcohol credentials is required.
For all events serving alcohol and at the Venue Manager's discretion a bond will be held.
You are welcome to decorate the Clubroom space for your event. However, do not use pins or tape or anything that would damage the walls.
No confetti, rice or party poppers permitted at Barossa Park.
The venue must be left as you found it.
