Hosted by Kaipatiki Eco Hub
SpacetoCo Host since September 2024
About this space
We are Kaipātiki Project, a regeneration and sustainable living organisation. Our purpose is to grow a sustainable future for people and nature. We do this through regenerating nature, teaching and encouraging sustainable living practices, and community engagement. Our beautiful EcoHub is a purpose built ‘living building’. We have a hall in the EcoHub we would like to share with our community. This space is ideal for: community gatherings and groups, events and functions, workshops and classes, meetings, hui, and film screenings.
EcoHub Hall is warm, welcoming, and full of natural light. It has beautiful natural repurposed wooden floors, exposed beams, and large glass doors at both ends that open up to the natural surroundings. The hall is perched on the edge of the Eskdale Reserve. While enjoying the outdoor areas, including a large deck overlooking our native plant nursery, you can hear the stream and often see native birds.
We have a different community group hourly hire rate. This can be obtained by making your booking. During this process you will be asked if you are a community group. If you select yes you will get a discount code which you enter at checkout to receive the community group discounted rate. Please note that if you are not a community group your booking will not be accepted.
