Please use blue painters’ tape only to stick labels to walls (no blu tack). Additional cleaning fees apply if blu tack is used.

Standard Rate- $210/day
Community/NFP Rate - $150/day (Only for community or not for profits groups that do not operate commercially- please contact us to receive a discount code to book this)
Ten Day Rate
Standard Rate- $750/ten day period
Community/NFP Rate - $450/ ten day (Only for community or not for profits groups that do not operate commercially- please contact us to receive a discount code to book this)
Curation + Hanging Service
Standard Rate- $80/hour
Community/NFP Rate - $40/hour

Rules
By confirming this booking you agree that:
The facility is only used during the times specified above
No blu tack or other adhesives to be used on the walls, blue painters tape only
The facility is left in a clean and tidy state (a cleaning fee will be charged @$50/hour for additional cleaning required)
Set up and pack away/clean up is done within the time of your hire period, not outside of the booking time
Children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
You are mindful of noise levels emanating from the facility
Smoke machines and light boxes are prohibited (can set off the fire alarm)
You will supply your own first Aid Kit, as there are none on site
All doors are kept clear - to enable clear access in an emergency, do not put any furniture or other items in front of any door in the Centre
You report any damage that you notice on entry to the venue, and any damage that occurs during your session
When leaving: you turn off the lights and air conditioner, pack furniture away, lock door and put keys back into the key lock box or return to a staff member as pre-arranged
Public Liability: Commercial ventures, clubs, church groups and hirers with more than 12 casual bookings under the same account are required to hold public liability insurance. Please upload a copy of your insurance cover to your spacetoco account.
All Centre users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City against any loss, liability, damage, or demand, arising from connection with the booking application and/ or use of the facilities. In case of any accident or injury, be aware that you are personally responsible for any cost that may be incurred as a result, as the hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Melville against any loss, liability, damage, claims or demand arising from or in connection with the booking application or/and use of the facilities
Emergencies:
Make yourself familiar with the Fire Exits and Emergency Evacuation Procedure (located near the Exit doors).
You are responsible for ensuring the safe evacuation of all persons in the room they have hired.

Atwell House is located on Canning Highway close to public transport. There is free parking available on site.
