ALL GOODS | The Main Space

ALL GOODS is a venue with community at its heart and a strong identity, our main space is great for hosting public or private occasions that offers more then your usual hall for hire. As well as running our own programmes, ALL GOODS is a great venue for holding workshops, community hui, events, performance, rehearsal or a birthday party!

Our main space is a large open plan area with loads of natural light, double doors leading into our community garden. With regular artists and community groups using the space daily, and rolling art exhibitions on the walls, the space is alive and active with a local identity.

Maximum capacity 50 people comfortably seated inside. More if using the outdoor area and/or standing.

If you would like to apply for a community or NFP rate, please message us. It's a priority that ALL GOODS is accessible to our communities and their needs.

Our main space hire includes access to:

• 20 chairs

• 6 tables

• 2 couches and coffee table

• Wifi

• Electricity points

• Printing available in the library next door

• Workshop sinks

Kitchen includes:

• Oven

• Microwave

• Fridge/Freezer

• Plates/Cups and cutlery

Courtyard area includes:

• Fully fenced and gated outdoor area

• Large shelter

• 2 picnic tables

• Trees and vege garden looked after by the Shared Garden Space Avondale volunteer group

Extra bookable items:

• 2 gazebos

• PA with microphone

• Fairy lights

• Plates, cups and cutlery for catering 60 people

• 5 mats

Catering & Alcohol:

You’re welcome to self cater your event or use our fully equipped kitchen cook and serve your kai from.

Being located in Avondale town centre, we have lots of great food options on our doorstep.

For local catering options we recommend our mates next door at TwoTreats or Avondales famous fish and chip shop Green Jades.

Alcohol onsite will need to be arranged directly with us.
