About this space

The Halls Gap Hub is located at 117-119 Grampians Road, Halls Gap VIC. The Hub is a modern spacious site that offers a unique range of settings in a highly visual and popular location in Halls Gap.

The purpose of the Halls Gap Hub facility is to be utilised to:

  • Highlight visitor experiences and attractions that leverage the uniqueness of the region and promote visitor dispersal.

  • Celebrate arts and culture to promote health and wellbeing by creating community connection, vibrancy, mental health benefits and inclusiveness.

  • Support events that enable the community and visitors to access a diversity of offering, including arts, culture, entertainment, food and beverages.

  • Showcase the diversity, unique and high-quality visitor offerings and local products and services across the Grampians Region, in particular Northern Grampians.

  • Support flexible and accessible short-term space, enabling start-ups to test and showcase their goods and services, and plan future strategies.

Rules

Set up and clean up: It is the responsibility of the booking organisers to set up and clean up before and after use of the facilities. Fees will apply if not done.

Insurance: Please provide a copy of your organisation’s appropriate Insurance Policy, Certificate of Currency or proof of Public Liability Insurance.

Booking cancellations: Council must be advised of all cancellations in writing no less than 7 days prior to the function.

Non compliance: In addition, Council will impose non-compliance charges for failure to comply with the conditions as set out in the Conditions of Hire. The Conditions of Hire provide an undertaking from the hirer to pay for any damage to Council facilities during the function, or non-compliance charges as staged within these conditions. Failure to pay any charges as invoiced may result in the refusal of future use of Council facilities.

100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 90% refund.

Free parking is available outside on both sides of the venue.
