About this space
Built in 1910, North Perth Town Hall is part of a beautiful heritage building with hardwood floors and high ceilings. It’s warm, historical appeal makes the space perfect for weddings, plays, dance recitals and more.
Centrally located at 26 View Street, North Perth, the space includes a large function area catering for a max capacity of 200 people, a curtained stage area with change rooms and a spacious kitchen complete with Fridge, oven, stovetop, and urn. Restrooms are located on either side of the stage and air-conditioning is available at a set temperature.
The space includes 50 trestle tables and 122 chairs available for use. No other items supplied including but not limited to cutlery, crockery, cleaning, cooking items and utensils
The building is also home to North Perth Lesser Hall and is located next to the beautiful Multicultural Gardens. Both of these spaces are available for hire and are not included in the hire of North Perth Town Hall.

Accessibility: The main entrance is accessed via a small set of stairs. An accessible entrance is located to the side of the building and accessible toilets are located in a shared space – access must be arranged in advance by contacting [email protected]. Please be aware that the stage area as well as main toilet facilities are accessed via stairs and that the kitchen area is not fully wheelchair accessible.
Waiver of fees: The City of Vincent may consider waiving or reducing fees for community groups or not-for-profit organisations that support the delivery of projects, programs, services or fundraising initiatives. Rules

Keys can be collected from Beatty Park Leisure Centre one business day before the booking during business hours. Keys must be returned within one business day after the booking. Photo ID is required. The hirer is responsible for collecting the keys during business hours. No refunds for failure to collect on time. If someone else is collecting the keys, a written request must be submitted to the bookings team in advance
Bookings must include setup and pack-down time
Bring your own cleaning supplies. Leave the facility clean and tidy, including mopping, wiping surfaces and removing all rubbish and personal item
Do not use drawing pins, nails, screws, adhesive tape, or blue tack for decorations. Helium balloons are not allowed.
Noise must stop by 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9:00 PM Sunday to Thursday. Noise must stay within the facility. Noise complaints will result in a breach of terms and a penalty fee. Ranger teams regularly inspect the facilities.
Bouncy castles are not allowed
Cooking devices are not allowed
Smoke machines are not allowed
A bond may apply through SpaceProtect
Do not leave or store items in the facility
You are responsible for locking up and ensuring the facility is secure when exiting
